Following your international flight, you’ll be transferred from OR Tambo International airport to The Residence where you’ll spend one night on a bed and breakfast basis.
Relax and enjoy settling into your time in South Africa.
In the afternoon, head out for a guide tour of Soweto, one of South Africa’s most fascinating and historic districts.
Day 1 Day 2 - 4 Day 4 - 8More InfoThis morning you will leave The Residence after breakfast and be transferred to the Fed Air hangar at OR Tambo airport for your shuttle flight to Madikwe Game Reserve. The duration of this flight is approximately 50 minutes.
Upon arrival at the Madikwe East airstrip, the Morukuru Family team will be waiting to take you through to your private villa. This transfer is a gamedrive already and takes ± 30 minutes.
You’ll be spending three nights in Morukuru Owner’s House – a private, 2-bedroom safari lodge on the banks of the Morico river.
In the afternoon, head out on a game drive in your private vehicle. Madikwe Game Reserve is South Africa’s leading Big Five malaria-free safari reserve.

On arrival in cape Town you will be met and transferred to the Mount Nelson Hotel.
Mount Nelson is an iconic hotel in a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Cape Town. You will be staying in two superior rooms on a bed and breakfast basis.
Spend the next three days enjoying private guided tours of Cape Point, False Bay, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Boulders Penguin Colony, Cape Winelands, and more.
On the final day, you will be transferred to Cape Town international airport for your flight home.
